- Udskift forbindelsesstænger parvis.
- Udskiftningsproceduren er identisk for den højre og venstre forbindelsesstang.
- Venligst bemærk: alt arbejde der udføres på bilen – VW Golf 4 – skal foretages når motoren er slukket.
Udfør udskiftning i følgende rækkefølge:
- Trin 1Sikre hjulene med klodser.Trin 2
Løsn hjulboltene. Brug hjul slagnøgle #17. - Trin 3
Hæv bilen i for og sikre den på støtter. - Trin 4
Løsen hjulboltene.AUTODOC anbefaler:Advarsel! For at undgå skade, hold på hjulet mens befæstigelses boltene løsnes. VW Golf 4 - Trin 5
Fjern hjulet. - Trin 6
Rengør befæstigelsen der forbinder forbindelsesstangen og styrespindel. Brug en stålbørste. Brug WD-40 spray. - Trin 7
Når du afmonterer, skal du markere eller måle den eksakte position for kugleleddet på sporingsstangen, eller tælle antallet af omgange du drejer, for at forhindre en efterfølgende dårlig sporing. Brug en skydelære. - Trin 8
Løsn låsemøtrikken der fastgør sproingsstangen ende til sporingsstangen. Brug en kombinøgle № 19. Brug en kombinøgle № 22. - Trin 9
Skru møtrikken af der fastgør enden til styrekuglen. Brug en topnøgle №17. Brug en vridenøgle. - Trin 10
Tag sporingsstangens ende af styrekuglen. - Trin 11
SKru enden ud af sporingsstangen. - Trin 12
Rengør montagestedet til styrekuglen. Brug en stålbørste. Brug WD-40 spray. - Trin 13
Skru en ny ende til forbindelsesstangen på.Udskiftning: styrekugle – VW Golf 4. Råd fra AUTODOC eksperter:Når du monterer styrekuglen skal du huske, at dreje samme antal omgange eller at efterlade samme længde gevind, som da du målte. - Trin 14
Behandel gevind delen af forbindelsesstangen. Brug kobberfedt. - Trin 15
Forbind forbindelsesstangen til styrekuglen.
